Shipping
We offer free ground shipping on website orders over $50 within the lower 48 contiguous United States. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies. We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, with additional shipping fees and extra transit time.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm CST (Monday–Friday) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm CST ship the following business day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm CST on Friday will ship the following Monday. Orders will ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS, with delivery typically taking 2–4 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. If you choose, you can also receive tracking updates via SMS by providing your cell phone number at checkout. Standard text message rates may apply.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
All delivery dates shown at checkout or on product pages are estimates only. While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure your order is delivered on time, actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
We’ll always provide tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey. You can track your order at any time for the most up-to-date status.
SHIP TO P.O. BOXES
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes; a physical mailing address is required for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer international shipping.
SHIPPING HOLIDAYS
CORE Equipment and our shipping partners will not process or deliver orders on the following holidays.

ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order before you receive tracking information. Once the package ships, the order cannot be cancelled. Generally, orders will ship within one business day.
Returns & Refunds
Returns & Refunds
At CORE Equipment, we’re committed to making your outdoor experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned by mail within 30 days as long as they are unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. Returns made after the 30-day window will be charged the full cost of the return label. Items returned within the 30-day window that have been used are not eligible for a refund. We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from the CORE Equipment website. If you purchased your item from an authorized dealer, please contact them directly regarding their return policy.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which may appear as a “Handling Fee” in our return portal. This fee is based on the cost of the return label and will not exceed $20. To avoid return shipping costs, you may choose to receive store credit (in the form of a gift card) instead of a refund. Store credit can only be used for purchases made on the CORE Equipment website.
*Replacement parts purchased on the CORE Equipment website are not eligible for return or exchange.
REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return, visit our Returns Portal. Enter your order details, choose the items you want to return, and follow the instructions provided. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
REFUND OPTIONS
- Refund to Original Payment: If you prefer a refund, it will be processed using the original payment method. (Subject to a handling fee for return shipping costs.)
- Store Credit: If you prefer store credit, we'll email you a CORE Equipment gift card for the return amount. (No return shipping costs on unused items. Items returned that have been used are not eligible for a store credit refund.)
EXCHANGES
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. Instead, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct product.
PURCHASES FROM AUTHORIZED DEALERS
If you purchased your CORE Equipment product from an authorized dealer, the dealer's return policy applies. Please contact the dealer directly for more information. Items bought from authorized dealers must be returned to the original place of purchase.
GIFT CARDS
CORE Equipment electronic gift cards may only be used on coreequipment.com. They are final sale, non-refundable, and non-reloadable. Any remaining balance may only be exchanged for website credit at any time. The gift card holder must verify the original purchaser’s billing information or provide the last four digits of the gift card number. Gift cards are valid for two years from the date of purchase. Lost or stolen gift cards and their corresponding card numbers are the holder's responsibility and will not be replaced by CORE Equipment.
