CORE® is proud to stand behind our products with a warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. If something’s not right with your gear, our support team is here to help! You can submit a warranty claim using our online form, email us at help@coreequipment.com, or give us a call at 1-888-775-5628. Our office is based in Overland Park, Kansas. 

From there, our support team will work with you to determine exactly what you need and provide the best solution. Outside of warranty, we also offer replacement parts for purchase.  

We know that quality gear should last for the long haul, so we design all our products with durability in mind and are committed to making replacement parts easily available. No matter what you need, our goal is to help you keep your gear in great shape for years to come.
